It is very important for the Indian players to show their talent and come up  in the arena of international football. But the federation always looks into the matter of providing all the support to the coach but cannot allow the PIO’s at this present moment.

All India Football Federation (AIFF) is taking Indian Football to a global standard. No more the enthrallment of the signing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Japan Football Federation has subsided, than it has entered into another historical treaty with German Football Association (DFB). This is, indeed, adding another colourful feather in the cap of the Indian Football. This will be considered as one of benchmark measures in terms of advancement of football in India. Germany is already holding the number one position in the FIFA Ranking ladder and there is lot more to learn when it comes to technical tit bits of the game.

AIFF President Praful Patel also seemed to have taken the right edge as he has been constantly stressing on bringing foreign influence in the country. According to him, the game has to be made more disciplined and value oriented so that the players can take a professional approach when they are facing bigger challenges. Praful Patel profile is a constant source of motivation for the federation in perspective of taking bigger decisions for the sport.

This agreement will pave the way for technical development and progress of the Indian Football creating a roadmap for it in the global arena. The dotted lines of the agreement has been signed by AIFF General Secretary Kushal Das and has expressed his delight as this partnership has the objective for the technical collaboration with emphasis on Coach Education, Grassroots Programme and Youth Development. Alongside, Kushal Das, the MoU was signed by Mr. Markus Weidner, Director Coach Education and International Relationship, DFB. Das expressed, “It’s an extreme honour to enter into an agreement with the German Football Association. This partnership will usher in an overall technical development for Indian Football.” According to him Germany is the best team in the world and it will be a great experience for the Indian boys to learn from the World Champions. The team has been holding a consistency and their unique approach to the game is a benchmark in the world. It is expected that Indian Football will gear up more from this point itself.
