Indian U-17 colts starts well off in Germany

The Indian U- 17 colts team has started very well off in Germany as a part of the preparation for the U-17 World Cup.  With the U-17 World Cup due to be held in India, this tour acts as the part of the players training for the tournament.  The German opposition of DFI Bad Aibling could not just resist a sterling performance from the Indian team in action.  The first half started off in boisterous fashion where both the teams enjoyed very good ball possession. But it turned out to be quite a goalless effort from both the teams in the first half. 

The second half started quite well for the Indian colts as they opened the scoring in the 77tth minute of the match. The colts came agonizingly close to scoring before also but this turned out to be the perfect opportunity.  Suresh managed to score after a long throw in was whipped into the box and he converted with a smashing finish.  The performance of the Indian colts team has shaped up well before the World Cup which is quite satisfying for the coaching squad.  But the Germans  displayed enough spirit to come back very strongly in the match within seconds. 

The game was  pacing up quite well and heading for a draw but the Indian colts again came to the forefront in the dying minutes of the match. Aspiring youngster Aniket finished off well from a very well crafted move.
