LFC DSK academy players called up for international duty

Over the years, Indian football has progressed in a major way and a considerable amount of focus is being emphasized on youth development.  Various academies have come up in different parts of the country where talented youth players are trained and groomed for the future. 

DSK Shivajians , a football club based in the city of Pune is quite happy to announce that five of their academy players have been called up for international duty.  Among the players who have been called up for international duty are Mawihmingthanga, Lalrinzuala and Jedidi Haokip.

All these three players  have been selected for the Indian U- 19 team and are all set to represent the country in the upcoming matches.  As the SAFF U-19 championship is coming up in the country of Nepal, two more players have been selected to represent the country over there.  

Two players named as Tenzin Shenjang and Rohit Kumar have been called up for the U-19 national team duty in the country of Nepal. The coach of the academy David Rogers is quite happy to be with the progress of his boys who are about to represent the national team at the U-19 level.  As per the version of the coach, this just remains to be a great news for the boys of the academy who have worked extensively hard to reach their goal. All the youngsters who have been selected are quite talented and have reached their objective through merit. 

As the President of the All India Football Federation minister Praful Patel has always emphasized on youth development.  The selection of the academy players for the national team duty signifies the importance and use of training model which goes into the whole process.
