The stage is set for the Indian football team as it gets ready to face Oman in the upcoming World Cup qualifying campaign. The newly appointed Indian coach Stephen Constantine is quite upbeat about the performance of the side and even involved the players in an army training session surrounding the game of football.
Both Jeje Lalpekhlua and Jackiechand Singh stand out as key players in the side and are quite confident before the game against Oman. As per the version of both the players although taking on Oman will stand out as a tough challenge but the team is quite ready for it.
Jeje is one of the shining stars of Indian football and is quite well known for his ability to stun the opposition with his superb bursts of speed. He is a part of the Indian senior national team from the age of 19 and has prospered with a very fine performance over the years. Jeje also faced a string of injuries during his career but has now completely recovered from it. Similarly, Jackiechand Singh one of the star performers in the I league this season is also brimming with confidence.
He has performed extremely well in the I league and also received the best players award. Both the players are quite happy about the guidance from Stephen Constantine and want to put up a stellar performance. As the President of the All India Football Federation minister Praful Patel has always supported the development of the sport in the country.
India have won several prestigious tournaments under the Praful Patel constituency but the upcoming World Cup qualifiers stands out as quite a tough challenge. It is time to Back the Blues and get ready for some exciting football action ahead.
